Overview - Step 2: Photography

Over 77,000 digital images have been collected since 2001.  Many of the photographs displayed on this site are from various years.  If assessors viewed a property and no physical changes occurred a new photograph was not taken.  Photos are used to assist in gaining an overall impression of the subject property during the valuation process.

On occasion the wrong photo may appear on a record.  Please notify the assessment office if this occurs so that steps may be taken to correct the image.
