Message from the Commissioners:

Welcome to the Fayette County web site for property assessment data. Fayette County is
currently updating its property valuations for the 2010 tax year. New value notices will be
mailed on July 1st, 2009. The last county-wide tax equalization program was done in 2003. Prior to that a reassessment had not been done since 1958, and we are committed to ensuring that property valuations are not allowed to become so out of date again. We hope the information we offer at this site is helpful and informative to you. The Commissioners and staff of the Assessment Office ask that you direct any questions or problems with the site to assessment@fayettec.rba.com
